Do all stylists at Echelon honor the membership?
Our core team stylists fully participate in all three membership tiers. Independent stylists within the salon operate their own practices and may offer their own flexible arrangements for regular clients — ask your stylist directly when you inquire.
What does a blowout include?
Every blowout includes a scalp massage, premium shampoo and conditioning treatment, blow dry, and a styled finish tailored to your hair and preferences. Ask your stylist about what they include.
Can I use my guest pass with any stylist?
The Platinum guest pass is valid with core team stylists. It is a great way to bring a friend in for the first time.
Do unused blowouts roll over?
Blowouts do not roll over month to month. Each tier is designed around a consistent rhythm. If you need to reschedule, contact us and we will do our best to fit you in.
Does my membership discount apply to color services too?
Platinum includes 10% off all services, which includes color. Silver and Gold include 10% off retail products. If you want to combine regular blowouts with color services, Platinum is likely the right tier.
